Alumni Reunion Weekend
The EFHS Alumni Association Reunion Weekend is set for the June 26-28, 2009.  Weekend activities include a Golf Tournament at the Enosburg Falls Country Club (or at Bakersfield Country Club, the final decision will be made by 4/1/09) at noon on Friday; and the Alumni Banquet and Dance at the air-conditioned Opera House on Saturday evening. The Banquet will be hosted by Dairy Center Catering. The Social Hour begins at 6:00 pm with a cash bar. The dinner is scheduled to start at 7:00 pm. It will be followed by a short business meeting and then dancing to D.J.’s until 11:30 pm.

The reunion classes for 2009 are 2004; 1999; 1994; 1989; 1984; 1979; 1974; 1969; 1964 and 1959. The banquet cost is $20 per person for classes through 1959. Members from all classes before 1959 are invited on an annual basis; the cost for these classes is $15 per person. Two complimentary tickets are available for any class member from the Class of ’39 or earlier. Complimentary tickets must be pre-ordered to insure that we can prepare accordingly. You can purchase or reserve banquet tickets via email; regular mail or by phone. Email requests should be sent to Steve Hayes at shayes@promodel.com. You can also make reservations by mailing your request to Steve Hayes at 413 Butternut Road, Williston, VT 05495.Tickets can be obtained in Enosburg Falls by calling Robert Young at 802-933-4771.  Reservations help us to insure that we can seat all alumni with their respective class. The preferred form of payment is by check made out to the EFHS Alumni Association. 

Reunion classes are encouraged to invite a faculty member from their school years to the banquet on Saturday, 6/27. Two complementary tickets are available for the use of each Reunion class. Contact Steve Hayes to check on the status of the tickets reserved for your class.

Registration for the Golf Tournament will begin at 10:30 am at the either the selected country club (see above) clubhouse on Friday, 6/26/09. The format is a 4-5 person scramble with a shotgun start at noon. Please contact Allen Demar at 802-933-4612 to reserve a slot for a team in the tournament. Information on the cost for the Golf Tournament will be provided after the site decision has been made. Players are encouraged to register and pre-pay prior to the Tournament if possible.

Alumni Scholarship
The Alumni Association awards two scholarships each year to a son and a daughter of Alumni Association members. The scholarships are awarded based on academic merit. The amount was recently increased from $100 to $250 in an effort to remain relevant in the face of the escalating cost of a college education. Congratulations to the one of our Scholarship winner from 2008; Travis Dulude. Travis is the son of Kerry Kittell Dulude (’78) and Tim Dulude (’72).
