Email addresses are first initial + lastname with the following-

To Download FirstClass Client for your computer go to www.learningnetworks.com and follow the download client link. Choose your appropriate operating system, download, and install the client. The installation will load a short cut on the desktop(windows) or icon in the dock (Mac OSX).
To connect to your FirstClass email when the client is not installed go to http://login.learningnetworks.com/login
